Shipping Carriers

Once your order has shipped, we generally send shipping confirmation and tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment.

Can I Change the Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible after they are placed.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will do our best to assist.
However, once an order has been shipped or is already in transit, we are generally unable to change the delivery address.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may track it using the tracking number or order details provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or because delivery could not be completed at the destination, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
