1. Where do you ship?

At this time, Onekemall ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Yes. We currently offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

4. How long does delivery take?

After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
If the order has already shipped or is in transit, we are generally unable to change the delivery address.
